Returns
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item. If you cancel an order, or received a damaged or defective item, your payment will be refunded as per the terms shown below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item is returned unopened in its original packaging.
- Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
You must inform Bodmin Jail of your decision to cancel your order by submitting an email (on info@bodminjail.org) no later than 14 days after receipt of your goods. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your cancellation.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 30 days.
If you return products according to the above terms, Bodmin Jail will refund to you the purchase price already paid by you, but not the delivery costs of your initial purchase. Likewise the transport risk and return costs are borne by you. This returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and therefore does not affect your right of cancellation as described above.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
