£19.95 per person for 3-courses – booking recommended.
Watercress & spinach soup served with saffron bread roll.
Crispy chicken risotto bon-bon, served with piccalilli.
Smoked salmon cream cheese & prawn pate, served with brown bread, & a radish garnish.
Salad of warm goats’ cheese & beetroot, with chicory, mango mayonnaise.
Aubergine parmigiana (layers of aubergine, tomato, basil, mozzarella & parmesan cheese) served with garlic bread drizzled with balsamic.
Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, roast carrots, parsnips, & broccoli, served with a natural pan gravy.
Roast loin of pork with roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, roast carrots, parsnips, & broccoli, served with a cider gravy & apple sauce.
Roast breast of chicken stuffed with sage & onion and wrapped in streaky bacon, served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables & a natural pan gravy.
Fillet of cod served with Veronique sauce, wilted greens, & buttered new potatoes
Apple & sultana crumble tart served with custard.
