We are not a scare attraction, and no one will jump out to frighten you. However, the immersive nature of the experience may still feel intense or overwhelming for some individuals.

Our CCTV is actively monitored for your safety. If you require an early exit, please remain where you are and our team will assist you where possible. In urgent situations, clearly marked fire exits are available throughout the site.

There are areas with low lighting levels, and some spaces may feel small or enclosed. Visitors who are uncomfortable in dim or confined environments should be aware.

Special lighting effects, artificial fog, and haze are used throughout the experience. Please note that strobe lighting is not used.

There are moments with loud sound effects that may be uncomfortable for some visitors. We recommend bringing ear protection or noise-cancelling headphones, especially if you are particularly sensitive to sound.
