Accessibility Update

One of our lifts is currently out of service. The Dark Walk Experience is temporarily unable to accommodate wheelchair users however access to the rest of the museum is still available. For more information, please call 01208 76292 or email contactus@bodminjailattraction.co.uk.

Are the animal encounters included in the ticket price?

Yes. ZooLab visits, live talks and the Love of the Unloved Activity Trail are all included in standard self-guided admission.

Yes. Our half term activities are designed for families and children, with interactive trails, games and educational animal talks included in self-guided entry.

The Love of the Unloved Activity Trail runs daily from 14th to 22nd February, with ZooLab visiting on selected dates during that week.

We recommend booking between 12:30pm and 4pm to enjoy the animal encounters and talks.
