VISIT OPTIONS

  • Guided Visits: Includes a dedicated award-winning tour guide and structured activities. Perfect for deeper historical engagement.
    From £7.80 per student. Teachers and assistants enjoy free entry. 
    Guided tours require a minimum of 10 students; no minimum for self-guided visits.

  • Self-Guided Visits: Explore at your own pace, ideal for recreational groups. From £6.80 per student. Teachers and assistants enjoy free entry.

For SEMH-friendly visits, we offer flexible, teacher-led experiences with Heritage Guides available to assist.

THE CORNWALL HERITAGE TRUST SCHOOL TRANSPORT GRANT

The largest cost involved in a School visit is often the cost of coach hire and therefore Bodmin Jail is extremely excited to announce that The Cornwall Heritage Trust School Transport Grant is available for Primary Schools wishing to visit Bodmin Jail to learn about The Jail and it place in Cornwall’s Heritage.
