Our Paranormal Wardens
These fearless investigators are more than just storytellers - they are guardians of the unseen, leading you through the chilling history, strange phenomena, and restless energy that lingers within the haunted walls of Bodmin Jail.
With deep respect for the spirits and the stories they carry, our guides don’t just speak about the paranormal...
They walk beside it.

Tiernie - Paranormal Warden
Team Believer
Alias: Miss Demeanor
"My fascination with the paranormal began at the age of seven, when I saw my first ghost: a white woman sitting silently at the end of my bed after I awoke from a nightmare. Years later, my family moved into a 350-year-old house where we experienced intense poltergeist activity. It was there, at 15, that I held my first ouija board session and began delving into the occult. Since then, I’ve nurtured a lifelong passion for myths, folklore, witchcraft, and all things eerie and otherworldly. The paranormal has always felt like a natural part of my world; something to be explored, understood, and respected."

Marie - Paranormal Warden
Team Skeptic
Alias: Lady Lilith Button
"From the moment I first heard my father’s chilling tales of things that go bump in the night, I was hooked. Ghost stories weren’t just bedtime entertainment; they became an obsession that followed me into adulthood. I spent years as part of a paranormal investigation team, wandering through the darkest corners of Britain’s most haunted sites, chasing whispers in the shadows. My home is a shrine to the supernatural, lined with dusty volumes on the unexplained and draped in eerie décor. I now reside in a centuries-old pub once tied to the local mine, where women of the night once walked. If you listen closely, you can still hear the rustle of skirts ascending the stairs long after midnight. I find comfort in the creepy. Most nights, you’ll find me drifting off to sleep with a ghost story in my ears because in my world, the dead are never silent."
